This is Louisa. She's 11 weeks old and someone decided she didn't deserve to live so they shot her. Why? We want to know, too. What kind of monster would be so cruel as to shoot an innocent baby kitten?
The bullet entered her eye and is now lodged between her shoulders. Her eye is infected and likely cannot be saved, and the force of the shot ruptured her eardrums so she's having a really hard time finding her balance.
